Very thorough; I know that the trans-Planckian question could mean breaking Lorentz symmetry, but this could simply be because of dissipative effects related to the expansion rate of universe. It could be that there is room for "deviations from inflationary predictions" depending on the state of the quantum modes responsible for producing the inflationary perturbation spectrum. Let's hope that's true, because there are certaintly a lot of deviations.
